Our Statement of Belief

3rd Oct 2021

Our new ‘Statement of Belief’ is also rooted in the theme of forgiveness and is:

“I know how to show I am sorry.”

Time to talk: You could think about what being sorry is really like.

What does it actually mean, to be sorry?

How should we show that we are sorry?

Why is it so difficult to actually say sorry sometimes?

Why does Jesus challenge us to say sorry when we have hurt others or been unkind and unfair?

How does it feel when you have the courage to say sorry and then are forgiven?
