We hope everyone had fun completing last week's challenge!

It was amazing to see everyone having a go and just trying their best!

This week's challenge is fun but yet tough, so you will need to be resilient!

Please watch the video demonstration by another of our fantastic Sports Major and have a go!

Don't forget to let your teacher know how many you can do in sixty seconds!
