We hope everyone had fun attempting our last challenge! It really was amazing to see everyone having a go and trying their best!

This week's challenge is fun but also tough, so you will again need to be resilient!

Please watch the video demonstration by one of our fantastic Sports Majors and have a go and do not forget to let your teacher(s) know how many you manage in sixty seconds!
