We hope everyone had fun completing last week's throwing skills challenge!

It was amazing to see everyone having a go and just trying their best!

This week's challenge is star jumps!

How many star jumps can you do in sixty seconds?

Please watch the video demonstration by another of our fantastic Sports Major and have a go!
