In maths we are learning about fractions.
We armed ourselves with chalk and tape measures and set out into the yard to undertake an investigation to find halves of different things. It was quite difficult as we sometimes had to use decimals in our answers. We also had to remember how to use the measuring equipment properly too. We marked halfway in chalk and other groups checked to see if we were correct.
