Y5 BSBHW 2022: Hallam Caritas!

2nd Nov 2022

As you all know, it has been our annual 'Be Safe Be Happy Week'. The Y5 enjoyed a special visit from Janet from the Diocesan Caritas charities.

She talked to us about the importance of feeling safe and happy and encouraged us to reflect on those places where we feel most happy, safe and loved.

Many of the children described how being with their family members and friends made them feel happy, safe and loved. They also thought about all the different communities they are part of, for example sports clubs, the Cubs, Bownies, different faith groups etc.

We told Janet about 'Tell Tell Tell' which is an important part of our school. We know we can talk to anyone in school about our worries.

Thank you Janet!
