Interested in becoming a Governor?

Becoming a School Governor in a Catholic School

There are exciting opportunities to support Catholic schools in a very special way by being a Foundation Governor.

It is a time of challenge but also of opportunity for many Catholic schools and academies who rely on their Foundation Governors to support their ethos, vision, values, leadership and management of our Catholic schools at a strategic level.

There are vacancies currently, on our SJF Governing Board as well as in a number of other Catholic schools in Sheffield and across Hallam Diocese.

Now is a great time for people in our community to get involved, not just to support SJF but to also help shape the future of Catholic education locally.

Please consider getting involved if you are passionate about  supporting Catholic education, and especially if you have a particular background  or experience that will help us practically, for example, in education, business, industry, HR, finance, buildings/health and safety and law.

Alternatively, you can contact on 0114 2485009 or enquiries@st-johnfisher.org and someone will get straight back to you to talk about the role, the rewards and answer any questions that you might have.

Thank you.
