Y1 Mathematics: Finding Half!

Following on from last week's work doubling numbers, today the children have been finding half of numbers.

They used the 'Part-Part-Whole' model and cubes as hands on resources along with 'talk time' with their partner.

They were set the challenge to find which numbers they could half evenly.
