The Feast of St John Fisher 2019!

21st Jun 2019

Congratulations to all the Y3 children who received the Sacrament of the Eucharist for the first time this year. They each played a key role in our St John Fisher feast day Mass and looked very smart in their special outfits. Thank you to Mr Shepherd and all the other Y3 children for preparing and leading the the liturgy so well too.

Thank you to Fr Paul for celebrating Mass; Mr McGurrin, Mr Tandy and Mrs Barrett for wonderful music; and all the family members and friends who were able to join us.

Congratulations to Seb in Y1 who received the Citizen of the Week award after Mass in front of the entire congregation. He was chosen because he understands why it is important to be accepting of others - which was our 'Statement to Live By' this week. Congratulations Seb!

The children enjoyed some 'Golden Time' in the afternoon as we remembered and celebrated the life of our patron and marked the school's official birthday.
