Y2 Poetry: Understanding Kennings

For National Poetry Day, Year 2 created their own Kennings based on Pete McKee's Frank.

The children worked really hard on thinking about verb choices and how to make it sound interesting. Here is one of them:

A quiet dreamer,

A biscuit stealer,

A skinny hunter,

A speedy runner,

A cheeky chaser.
