Making jam sandwiches

As Paddington was asked to take food to his visit to see the Queen we decided to help him.  With the children's help yesterday I made a jam sandwich.  At first their instructions weren't specific enough which resulted in me spreading jam on the table not the bread.  Once they were refined it all worked.  The children then wrote their own set of instructions and today they followed their instructions to make a jam sandwich each. Yummy!
