Network Rail and Police

8th Nov 2017

Yesterday we were visited by Network Rail and the Police. They talked to us about safety on the track, safe travelling and Stranger Danger. It was really great and we learnt lots.

'A train weighs as much as 80 elephants, over 400 tonnes and it travels at 125 mph. The safest weigh to cross a train track is over a bridge or on an underpass' Said Dylan.

'Yell, run , tell!' is what we should do if we meet a stranger. Ruby.

'There are safe strangers- Police, doctor, shop owner, teacher and nurses' Caleb.
