Non-standard measuring

26th Feb 2019

Today the children were set a challenge question. "Who has the longest foot in class?".

They decided we needed to draw upon our recent learning and measure everyone's foot with non standard measure.

They used paper pieces to do this (all the same length).

They made a prediction and then measured the length of their foot's outline with the paper.

Lots of giggles and measuring later, we had our answer!

Mrs Sambrook has the biggest foot (nobody had considered this)!
