Our 'Statement to Live By'

27th Apr 2019

Our ‘statement to live by’ is “I can recognise comfortable and uncomfortable feelings.”

Time to talk: At St John Fisher we know that we each have the right to feel happy, safe and loved, in and out of school, every day.

We know the things in our lives that make us feel safe and comfortable and we know when something or someone does not make us feel safe or comfortable.

If anything (or anyone) ever makes us feel uncomfortable or unsafe then we know that we can tell, tell, tell!

If we are brave enough to take that first step and share a worry then we will always be listened to; our worry will always be taken seriously; and the grown-ups in school will always work hard to ensure that we receive the help and support that we need.
