Time to talk: Together you could think about all the ways we can look after ourselves.

you could try hard to eat healthily and exercise more regularly
you could try hard to play in the fresh air (rather than stay inside all the time)
you could go for walks in the woods or play in the park with your parents or grandparents
you could talk to someone if you have a ‘worry ball’
you could try to have a positive attitude towards life, school and the things you find difficult.
