This week’s exciting 'Beat Your Best' challenge involves basketball passes!
Our SJF Sports Majors want to know how many times you can pass a basketball - using either a chest or bounce pass - without dropping the ball.
If that is too easy, maybe try increasing the distance between you by taking a step back after each pass. This will also challenge you to see how far you can throw, accurately, and in a controlled way.
