This week’s Beat Your Best was designed by Charlotte and Aureilia and focuses on honing your dribbling and travelling skills with a basketball.
If you take part, the Sports Majors will give you a basketball and lay out some coloured hoops on the floor. When a colour is called, your job is to dribble the ball around the hoop with the corresponding colour.
In between colours being called, you will be challenged to travel with the ball around the space. Do you think you will make it round the smaller hoops?
