Here is a message from Miss Raynes
With the weather being a bit wetter and indoor play likely, the Sports Majors have decided to challenge you with some activities you can do in the classroom.
(1) Rising Squat
Start with you feet at shoulder width apart, bend your legs and circle your arms around your shoulders as you rise.
(2) The Lunge
Bend your front leg whilst keeping your back legs straight and then switch legs.
(3) Burpees
Get low to the floor, bring your hands and feet together, straighten your legs behind you and then jump up.
How many of these activities can you do in one minute?
