Our Latest Statement of Belief

2nd Apr 2023

Our next ‘Statement of Belief’ is “I know what humility means.”

Time to talk: Humility is a quality that people demonstrate when they have a modest or low sense of their own importance. It is a quality demonstrated by the life and example of Jesus Christ.

It is a trait of all the saints who came to know and love God and whose lives are examples to us.

To show humility is not to diminish yourself in any way, but rather to lift others up by your words and actions.

Why is it important to show humility?

What difference can it make?

What would the world be like if more people showed humility, especially those in powerful positions?
