Our Statement of Belief

27th Nov 2022

Our latest statement is: ‘I can tell you how I look after myself’.

Time to talk: Together, think about all the ways we can look after ourselves. You could try hard to eat healthily and exercise more regularly.

You could try to play out in the fresh air more, rather than stay inside all the time.

You could go for walks in the woods or play in the park with your parents or grandparents.

You could talk to someone if you have a ‘worry ball’.

What will you do?

What should you do if anyone or anything makes you feel uneasy or unhappy?

What should you do if you see someone who needs looking after in some way?

Who can you tell?
