Y3 Science: Investigating the Parts of a Plant

Our Y3 children have been learning how to describe the structures of flowering plants and explain the functions of their main parts. They went on a science walk to find flowering plants in the grounds and then identify the key parts, including the bud, growing stem and seeds.
