PTFA Friday Fayre 2019 - ARRANGEMENTS

3rd Jul 2019

The PTFA is looking for volunteers to help at this Friday's Friday Fayre! Any help, for how ever long, would be appreciated!

If you can help (or you can rope in older children and other family members) please let them know by speaking to the PTFA members who sell ice creams at the end of the day; by leaving a message in the postbox in the foyer by the School Office; or by emailing (ptfa@st-johnfisher.org).

The children will get the opportunity to go around the stalls with buddies from 2.20pm until 2.50pm, before the fayre begins. Please send your child(ren) in with a pound or two on Friday if you wish.

The gates will be open to visitors from 3.00pm - though the children will not be released until the usual time. The gates will be supervised for the entire duration of the Friday Fayre. Please feel free to use this time to also look around the stalls or find a good spot in the grounds to relax.

Food and refreshments will be on sale from the Y5 and Y6 classrooms and the Y5 and Y6 toilets will be available for those who need them. We ask that you do not come into the rest of school unless you are supporting the PTFA or working with school.

Please support our Y5 pupils who will be running their enterprise projects.

At the end of the school day the children will be released at the usual time from their usual exit points, with a bell signalling to that the children are leaving school.

We appeal for pop up gazebos. If you have one you can lend us please send it on Friday morning clearly labelled with you name. Thank you.

Please support our Friday Fayre. Events like this not only bring us all together, but they raise desperately needed funds for our school. Please spread the word. Let us pack it out and make it one of the best ones yet! Thank you.

JPAC will be running as normal and you are asked to ring on the main door as usual when you arrive to collect your child(ren).

Thank you for your support!
