Questionnaire for SJF Parents & Carers (March 2023)

13th Mar 2023

Dear Parents and Carers,

I would be grateful if you could take a few minutes to complete the online questionnaire that has been emailed to you directly.

It's purpose is to help us gather your feedback and ideas, as part of the wider and ongoing reflective work we do around school evaluation and improvement.

If you would like to help us, please complete one questionnaire per family.

Though we try, very hard, every day, to get things right for our children and families, we know that there may be things that could be done differently in order to work better for you. It is also helpful to know what you like most about our school, and what you think we do well, so that these things are not lost as we move forward as a community.

The most helpful feedback is obviously that which is constructive and it is for this reason that we have opened up the questionnaire so that you can add comments, information and ideas. All responses will be reviewed and followed up, where necessary, including any concerns that are shared.

I would also like to remind you that you can meet with me any time, if there is anything that you would like to talk to me about, including your feedback/responses to this questionnaire. If this is the case, please speak to my colleagues in the school office, or to me directly, when you see me on the school gate, and an appointment will be arranged.

If you have any access problems, e.g. Wi-Fi or you need any practical help in order to complete this questionnaire, please talk to us us in confidence, and we will help you.

Please contact us if you have not received the email containing the link.

Thank you.
Your sincerely,

F. Barratt
Headteacher
