Reading Adventure!

27th Jan 2019

The children in Years 3 to 6 have now brought home their new ‘Reading Adventure Booklets’, which replace the Reading Records.

The change has been made to encourage the children to immerse themselves more in the text and to also challenge themselves to read a wider range of books by different authors, covering all genres of fiction and non-fiction.

Our focus is to promote a lifelong love of books and reading by encouraging our children to really think about what they are reading.

We would be interested in feedback, and this should be forwarded for the attention of Mrs Barrett to ‘enquiries@st-johnfisher.org’, thank you.
