Royal wedding celebrations

22nd May 2018

We had a lovely day on Friday in school with our Royal wedding celebrations. Every child in school made their own individually designed flag which was made into splendid bunting. We enjoyed special party food and there was a colourful display of red white and blue across the hall. The whole school were dressed in red, white and blue and looked amazing. In FS2 in the afternoon as our music session, we danced a Royal dance with a king, queen, a cook, the Royal sewer, a soldier and other characters. Each character had their own gesture to perform and then we took it in turns. The dance was so popular the children want to do it again next Friday!
