Y1 Science: Understanding Our Senses

Today the children have been using their senses as they have enjoyed a carousel of sensory activities which included:

  • a listening game
  • a memory game requiring careful observation (sight) 
  • tasting foods blind folded 
  • identifying smells (onion, mint, perfume, lemon and coffee) 
  • a 'feely box' game, using sense of touch to determine what the hidden object was
