Sheffield Sporty SEND Superheroes!

24th Nov 2020

We have also had this exciting message from Sheffield School Games organisers.

Sheffield SEND Superheroes is a campaign to highlight the amazing achievement of Sheffield pupils with special educational needs and disabilities, and to celebrate what they CAN do in terms of sport and physical activity.

Whether your child engages in activity within a local club, at school, or at home we want to hear about it and to see them in action!

We want pupils with SEND across the city to send us a video of them taking part in their favourite sport or physical activity, or a video of them telling us what they do and why they love it!

If you want to enter please upload a video using #SheffieldSENDSuperheroes and tag:

  • @yourschoolgames
  • @movemoresheff
  • @LinksSSP

For every child that enters the organisers will send out a medal and a certificate to our school for them, which we will pass on.

Parents/carers can submit videos via Twitter, Facebook or Instagram but don’t forget to use the #SheffieldSENDSuperheroes so we can see it, share it and get in contact!

This exciting opportunity will run up until Friday 18th December.

The organisers cannot wait to see all of the entries from our school and Sheffield schools!
