Time to talk: Why not take time to be still and silent in your garden, in the park, the woods or countryside? What can you hear? What can you see? What can you smell? How do you feel? Can you take photographs or draw pictures of things you come across close up? Leaves, sticks, and flowers? What is your special place? Why? Where would you go if you could travel anywhere in the world? Why?
