The HM champions have created videos to demonstrate a variety of calming and grounding techniques that can be used in a whole-class setting to support children and help them to regulate their emotions, especially after transitions in school such as first thing in the morning, after breaktimes and/or after periods of high activity.

Our HM champions hosted a party this week in which they invited their families to come along and watch the videos that they had created as well as episode 2 of our HM podcast. We also discussed future projects for the HM champions to be involved, so watch this space.
