Y1 Scientists Visit Old Moor Wetlands Centre

Our Y1 children enjoyed a day at the RSPB Old Moor Wetlands reserve.  The educational visit linked to their science work, related to plants and trees. They also enjoyed pond-dipping; asking lots great questions about what they observed. Even the rain did not dampen their enthusiasm. We thank the staff who arranged and organised this fantastic opportunity for our children, as well all the parent and carer volunteers who accompanied the staff and children.
