Y6 SATs: Golden Children

18th May 2024

As we reach the end of the KS2 SATs assessment week, we are very happy to award the Golden Child award to every child within the Y6 class.

The dedication, maturity and positivity that the children displayed, both in their preparations and in the undertaking of the tests themselves, has been truly impressive.

A number of children attended booster sessions and after-school revision lessons. They have also completed homework each week; undertaken daily arithmetic and grammar revision; and all have strived to understand the many difficult ideas and methods within the Y6 curriculum.

Which is more, they have met the many challenges that have been presented to them with fortitude, smiles and a fantastic sense of humour! It is for all of these reasons that we are incredibly proud of each and every one of our Y6 children. We wish them all a very happy and restful weekend - it couldn't be more deserved!
