Y6 RE: The Prodigal Son

This week in RE we have been studying Jesus's parable of the Prodigal Son. We have discussed the meaning behind the parable, establishing that the prodigal son represents humankind and our sins, while the father represents God and his unwavering love.

We also discussed the concepts of conditional and unconditional love, and related this to God's relationship with us. 

Finally, we produced these fantastic comic strips detailing the parable, before answering questions based on our understanding of the the moral of the story and its significance to our lives as Christians.
